Are you looking for an affordable 4k resolution television? Well, Vizio has launched one with a super-low price tag of $1,000 and you can pre-order it right away.
Initially Vizio’s latest lineup of UHD 4K Models was introduced at the CES 2014 show. Vizio’s new P-series contains 50-inch, 55-inch, 60-inch, 65-inch and 70-inch 4k (UHD)-resolution television selling for $1,000, $1,500, $1,700, $2,200, and $2,500 respectively. All five models are not available for immediate delivery; however you can pre-order any of these 4K sets on official website of Vizio and your desired TV will be shipped as it becomes available in stores and over the internet via leading retailers such as Amazon.
Dropping $1,000 on a television would seem like an extreme extravagance; however it’s a quite reasonable price for a TV with an ultra high-definition screen. Until now, the most affordable, low-cost UHD smart TV we have found in the market is the $1,499 Seiki SE50UY04 50-Inch model, while bigger models have much higher price tags.
All Vizio UHD 4K TV sets deliver outstanding image quality powered by super-bright full-array LED backlighting and highly sophisticated local dimming technology. The LED backlit is equipped with 64 Active LED Zones, well-designed CMS (Color Management System) and Active Pixel Tuning in order to offer users more precise colors.
Moreover, the new lineup of Vizio 4K TVs feature integrated HEVC H.265 decoders and advanced Wi-Fi technology (802.11ac dual-band) for uninterrupted streaming. The new P-series is also compatible with the latest HDCP 2.2 copy protection format so viewers will also be able to enjoy protected 4k videos and movies.
So how much better is an UHD Smart TV as compared to your regular TV?
