Canon introduced its latest Canon EOS 5D Mark IV with 4K support

When it comes to the world of professional photography you would see most of them carrying a Canon EOS 5D Mark III. The reason being the Mark series the best among the Canon categories of professional DSLR cameras. Though the 5D Mark III still lacks a features that is required for professional photographers in this day and age. Don’t get us wrong though as the EOS 5D Mark III is still a very capable camera.

What the Canon EOS Mark III lacks is 4k support as the camera was launched back in the year 2012. Canon just launched their new Canon EOS 5D Mark IV which supports 4k shooting. The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is the first DSLR from Canon that comes with a new technology called the Dual Pixel AF, known for its phase detection photo-sites present on every pixel of the sensor. With the help pf Dual Pixel AF it would be easier for photographers to capture a subject that is moving in either pictures or video.

The Canon EOS 5D Mark IV comes with a LCD display that is a touch screen now and has a screen size of 3.2 inches. With the help of the added touch screen photographers can focus their subjects with the help of a simple tap on the subject. Dual Pixel Raw feature is also there giving photographers more edge while editing. The camera captures video at both 24p as well as 30p at a resolution of 4096×2160, while the megapixel count has also been upgraded from 22MP to 30MP.

Canon’s Mark DSLR cameras are their top of the line cameras, which also does not lose their value and same goes the new Canon 5D Mark IV which comes with a price tag of $3500 which includes the body only.
